Issue with the generation of accounting files for a part of our customers

After some more monitoring and controls we can confirm all missing files(accounting and PDF) have been created and delivered.

Around half of the accounting files have been delivered and we expect the rest to be done in the coming hour or two. Once the accounting files have been delivered the relevant PDF files(if used) will be generated and stored on your sftp(if used).

The impact of the issue is two-fold: some customers had a settlement but no files were created. We have now started the process of the file creation. You should have your files in the next 1-7 hours. For some customers, no settlement was generated and therefore no files either. Here we will address the issue by scheduling the settlement for tomorrow if it was not planned for that date already. We will provide further updates as we have more information

We have identified the root cause on our server infrastructure and we have identified the impact - however, before we start with the creation of the files we need to see that the server infrastructure is reliable. Our provider has been notified.
