We identified that a fix deployed yesterday might have caused PDF files with receipts that are delivered via sftp will have resulted in those files being provided in zipped format. As not all customers handle zipped files, please raise a ticket with our support in case you need the same files as un-zipped PDF files. We apologise for the inconvenience.
