Delayed delivery of accounting files for some customers
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have completed our checks and can confirm the last PDF files were delivered yesterday evening.
The accounting files have been created and we will start the process for delivering the PDF files.
We have assessed the impact and started to generate the accounting files. The files should be generated within the next hours.
We have been notified that some accounting files have not yet been delivered for settlement of February 13th and we are investigating the issue now.
