Some customers are unable to connect to our sftp server
Incident was confirmed as resolved.
Since 10:23 CET the server is accepting connections again. We will monitoring the situation closely and follow up with our infrastructure provider on how a similar case can be prevented.
We are clear on the cause of the current connection issue and have engaged our internal teams as well as our infrastructure provider to find a solution.
We are actively investigating an issue that is leading to failed access attempts to our sftp server. We will share more information as soon as possible.
