Delayed delivery of accounting files for some customers
We have completed our checks and can confirm the last PDF files were delivered yesterday at 17:00 CET
All accounting files have by now been created and will be delivered soon. We have now started the process for delivering the PDF files and are expecting it to finish in three to five hours
We have been notified that some accounting files have not yet been delivered for settlement of December 19th and are investigating the issue now.
