Today we have released the last fix for items that have been impacted. There are a few users whose reports are now in status draft and require re-submitting. While we continue to look for a solution for these isolated cases it might be more convenient if users submit the reports themselves. We apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
We have fixed the majority of issues now. We are monitoring and are checking some niche situations. Please let us know via the ticket portal if there is something we have missed.
The root cause of the issue has been resolved and we are now focusing on the right assessment of the impact and will provide a fix as soon as possible.

We have received reports from some customers that approvers and controllers are able to inadvertently change the status of reports to draft in certain circumstances. The issue seems likely to have started on the 26th of August and we are investigating this together with our product team with the highest priority.
