After monitoring for a full three business days we confirm that all mobilexpense.com services are reachable without issues.
Service access remained stable since Sunday evening. All Mobilexpense systems are fully operational.
Root cause was confirmed as external capacity issue at our upstream DNS provider. Impact was thus limited to reachability; no data or functionality was affected.
We are keeping the incident in Recovering while we run extra monitoring and complete a full review through 20 May at least. We’ll post the next update or close the incident once the investigation is finished.
We observed intermittent failures when resolving mobilexpense.com on Sunday May 18. As a result, some customers could not connect to the MXP platform. Our engineering team worked with our upstream DNS provider to restore full availability on Sunday itself. Further updates will be posted here.
