We have identified an issue, recurring daily since Monday, the 16th of September that leads to impacts on performance and loss of access to the application for a small number of customers. The issue is recurring daily between 5:40 to 6:30 CET and generally lasts up to 45 minutes. We are working on both the root cause analysis as well as temporary and long term solutions of this issue.
