We've now resolved the incident and monitoring shows all clear. All outstanding files of 27th and 28th have been delivered.
The general issue is resolved and for accessing the application and SpendCatcher there should no longer be any issues. We are still investigating delivery of reports and some customers might not have received their ERP interfacing. We will reach out to you directly in that case.
We are still investigating what led to the issue but we have restored most of the functionality. Please bare with us while we are making adjustments - there might be short performance degradations.
