Based on the fact that more than half of the missing files have already been delivered we are now estimating the last files to arrive on your ERP interface within two to three hours
the impact has been identified and our processes have begun delivery to your ERP interfaces. We expect the process to take a few more hours and will keep you updated when it is completed.
We have identified that a fraction of our customers have not yet received files scheduled for creation and delivery over night. At this moment we are analysing the exact impact and will start the processes to deliver files as soon as we have it.
