We have already ran the settlement for some of the customers and accounting files are currently being generated. This means that files will be created today with the items that were in scope of the 19/10 settlement, however, with the settlement date of 20/10. There won't be another settlement in the evening(as we can only have one settlement per day), the process will catch up and go back to the normal schedule with the 21/10 settlement.
We are aware that some customers still have not received files and are looking at other remedial options to deliver these as soon as possible.
We've fixed the core issue, and customers with daily settlements will receive the data with tonight's/tomorrow morning's settlement run. Customers that have settlements on other frequencies(every Wednesday/every 18th) will receive the data with tonight's/tomorrow morning's settlement run
