Upon monitoring the performances of the system, it appears that the optimizations deployed since Friday resolved the problem. We'll keep the system in additional surveillance in the coming days.
Some of our German customers have reported performance issues on the web and mobile applications, particularly impacting their end-users since September 2nd. Our technical team picked up the subject on Friday and is already working on improving the situation. Note that the problem was confirmed as only impacting certain customers (specific pool). We'll keep you posted on the progress and keep an eye on the situation for the whole week in any case.
