We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
The accounting files and PDF's were generated and delivered on the FTP.
We have identified the impacted customers and we have now started the process of the file creation.
We are investigating an issue related to the creation of accounting files. We will provide further updates as we have more information.
