SpendCatcher version 4.4.5 is now available on the Apple store - updating should resolve the issue. Please advise users to update to this version if using iOS 15.4
The issue is fixed in version 4.4.5 of the SpendCatcher app which has been sent for review by Apple to be made available in the Apple store. This process is out our control but in our experience takes less than 24 hours. We will update here once we see version 4.4.5 available.
Our developers have identified the root cause of the issue, an isolated fix was created and tested and verified as working.
The fix will be integrated into the currently developed version and, if all goes well, these will be released tomorrow.
We started receiving reports from users that updated their iOS devices to version 15.4 that users are presented with a white screen after starting to enter allowances or mileages. In certain circumstances this seems to also affect splitting of transactions.
The issue seems to affect only users with iOS 15.4
As precaution it might be prudent to delay the update of your devices to iOS 15.4 for a few days while we are investigating the issue.
