We are aware that some files have not been delivered yet and are cross checking with our delivery logs to make sure that no duplicates are created. We are aiming to resolve this issue by the end of business today.
We have defined an action plan and the restoration of the service should be complete today before end of business and pending files should be delivered latest tomorrow morning.
Customers using encryption for delivery of accounting files are not currently receiving files since around February, 28th. The issue seems to be related to server permissions and we are currently investigating with high priority. Once the issue has been corrected, pending files will be encrypted and delivered.
