Accounting files missing for some customers for settlement 15/06/2022
All missing files were created by 20:35 CET on the 16th
We have identified the cause and are starting now to deliver files. The process should complete within the next 3-6 hours.
We are currently investigating an issue which caused the re-calculation of allowances and creation of accounting files for a part of our customers to fail. As soon as the full impact has been verified we will create the outstanding files
