We want to inform you of an important update of the SSO certificates that we are planning and the action it requires from your administrators.
In case you are using SSO to facilitate connecting to Mobilexpense through your own authentication services(ADFS, Azure, Okta, PingFederation, etc.) this affects your users. In case you only authenticate through username/password this has no impact.
• The SSO certificate you use for our services (certificate sso.mobilexpense.com) will expire on the 19th of June and therefore need to be replaced. • You will receive a new certificate in the week of 23/05/2022 • To minimize user-impact your IT administrator should install the new certificate on 11/06/2022. • During that timeframe users may experience issues logging on to the system. We advise you to proactively inform your users. • Please note that the new certificate will not work before 11/06/2022 and that the old certificate will not work after that.
