Creation of accounting files is progressing well - more than 160 files have been created. We assume that all files will be delivered before EOD
We have identified the impacted accounting files(258) and have begun the process of triggering the creation of the accounting files(allowance re-calculation if required), creation of accounting/payment files, creation of PDF files with scanned receipts and the processes to move the files will deliver them to your designated location.
The cause of this outage seems to lead to an unresponsive server involved in the scheduling of reports and creation of accounting files. Services are restored and we will begin a full impact analysis shortly.
We are currently investigating a general issue regarding the creation of accounting files(including payment, bank files) and reports. Once we have established the impact we will provide more details
