There are no more pending e-mail receipts waiting for processing. The issue has been resolved and based on the experience gained today we will improve our monitoring in the coming weeks to keep the delays better under control.
We have identified a configuration issue that prevented the correct processing of files and we see the process catching up well now. We assume pending receipts should be completely processed in the next hour.
We are aware that processing of receipts forwarded by e-mail is currently not fully working and have started our investigations on the issue.
