Since the corrective patch published Friday 10:17 CET we have not seen any errors on our monitoring despite higher user load.
We will continue to work on a long term solution for this
A recent improvement was rolled back and since 10:17 CET we are no longer seeing issues related to this topic even under heavier load.

Our monitoring showed an issue with responsiveness of the application for brief periods on Wednesday, once on Thursday and multiple times on Friday. The issue seems limited to certain setups and the role of controllers when checking expense reports
We have started actively tuning processes identified to be responsible for the delays but the issue is not entirely resolved yet.
