We have caught up with loading the backlog of card imports and are completely up-to-date

The system is working correctly now and transactions of 27th and a part of those arriving on the 28th have been loaded but we are still experiencing a delay. Due to the amount of files to load we are expecting that some transactions will continue to be loaded with a delay of 24 hours for the next days

The loading of all card transactions failed on July 27th We are still investigating the root cause but are positive that all card transactions provided yesterday and today will be loaded successfully overnight today.

We apologise for the delay
