We've identified and resolved the issue, the performances seem back on track for all customers. Apologies for the inconvenience. The cause was one of our web-server misbehaving after an app deployment, and there should be no impact other than the performance glitches observed on the web application between 8:30 AM CET and 9:00 AM CET. Fortunately the team detected and resolved this issue within minutes, limiting the impact and duration of the problem. We'll monitor the situation in coming couple hours before completely closing this incident.
We detected that some users are experiencing performance issues. It seems like the problem started about 30 min ago.
