All files have now been re-created and you should have received them now.
Due to an infrastructure issue, on the night of the 27th/morning of the 28th of December, a number of files was not created for the settlement of the previous night. This also caused a delay in standard and advanced reports delivery. The reports are being delivered automatically now but with a delay of roughly 10-12 hours.
The issue in regards to accounting files affects about one fifth of our customers. Our technical support team has already identified the impact and is still in the process of creating files. All files should be sent before the end of business today.
